The 15% Cyclon 60 Fine

15% Atomised FerroSilicon

Ultra-Fine Cyclone Precision

Our 15% Cyclon 60 Fine FerroSilicon creates an exceptionally smooth, low-viscosity medium for fine-feed cyclones, giving you razor-sharp density cut-points, almost zero carryover, and maximum recovery—even at extreme G-forces.

Enhancing Quality with FerroSilicon:

A Key Alloy for Construction and Manufacturing.

15% Atomised FerroSilicon is a valuable alloy in the metal industry, boosting steel's strength and durability, perfect for construction and manufacturing. Additionally, FerroSilicon acts as a deoxidizer, improving the quality of molten metal and reducing impurities.

Technical Specifications:

15% Cyclon 60 fine Water-Atomised FerroSilicon

Our 15% Cyclon 60 Fine FerroSilicon is made with 14–16% silicon for corrosion resistance and strong magnetic pull. Carbon stays below 0.80% and iron at or above 82%, while trace elements like aluminum and sulfur are kept under 0.05%, phosphorus under 0.10%, manganese under 0.90%, copper under 0.50%, and chromium under 0.80%—ensuring a clean, dependable medium for your cyclones 15-cyclon-60-fine.

Every grain is tightly graded so that 99–100% pass 200 µm, 96–100% pass 150 µm, 90–96% pass 100 µm, 67–77% pass 63 µm, and 55–67% pass 45 µm. This ultra-fine, consistent mix keeps your cyclone slurry smooth and stable, even at high G-forces 15-cyclon-60-fine.

With a true density of at least 6.95 t/m³ and a bulk density of 3.1–3.8 t/m³, it delivers a minimum 65% magnetic response and holds non-magnetics to 0.5% max. A rust index below 0.2%, dynamic stability at 490–580 rpm, and a settling rate of only 0.6–1.6 cm/min mean long service life, low wear, and easy recovery of your medium

15% Cyclon 60 fine Water-Atomised FerroSilicon

Our 15% Cyclon 60 Fine FerroSilicon delivers ultra-stable, low-viscosity suspensions tailored for fine-feed cyclone separation. Engineered with a precise 14–16 % silicon content and narrowly graded, spherical particles (99–100 % < 200 µm, 96–100 % < 150 µm, 90–96 % < 100 µm, 67–77 % < 63 µm, 55–67 % < 45 µm), it maintains consistent media rheology even under extreme G-forces—maximizing separation purity and recovery while minimizing media loss and equipment wear.
