15% Cyclon 60 Water-Atomised FerroSilicon
Our 15% Cyclon 60 FerroSilicon contains 14–16% silicon for corrosion resistance and strong magnetic response. Carbon is capped at 0.80%, iron guaranteed at ≥82%, while aluminum, sulfur, and phosphorus stay under 0.05%, and manganese, copper, and chromium under 0.90%—ensuring a clean, dependable medium for cyclone applications produkt.
Particles are narrowly sized so that 99–100% pass 200 µm, 96–100% pass 150 µm, 90–96% pass 100 µm, 67–77% pass 63 µm, and 55–67% pass 45 µm. This fine, uniform mix maintains a smooth, low-viscosity suspension under high G-forces produkt.
With an absolute density ≥ 6.95 t/m³ and an apparent density of 3.1–3.8 t/m³, it delivers at least 65% magnetic pull and holds non-magnetic inclusions to ≤ 0.5%. A rust index under 0.2%, dynamic stability at 490–580 rpm, and a settling rate of just 0.7–1.7 cm/min ensure long-lasting, low-wear operation and easy medium recovery
